The Salon Commitment
At Savaux & Co, we are dedicated to providing exceptional hair artistry and personalized care. Since our services involve professional time, high-quality products, and customized techniques, all salon services are final and non-refundable.
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit. We would be pleased to offer a complimentary adjustment within 5 days of the original appointment. These adjustments must be performed by the original stylist and strictly cover corrections to the initial service provided.
BOOKING DEPOSITS: Non-refundable and non-transferable deposits are required to secure your appointment. This policy ensures our stylists’ schedules are respected and allows us to provide focused attention to every client.
RETAIL ITEMS: Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened hair products.
